Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CCS Global Tech is seeking a System Administrator to maintain and support the organization's IT infrastructure. This remote role focuses on ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and operating efficiently, while also supporting government systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Apply software updates, security patches, and system backups
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms
- Document system configurations and technical procedures
- Respond to support requests and resolve technical issues
- Follow security policies and compliance requirements
Skills
- Experience with Windows or Linux system administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, networking, and server management
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust background investigation (for applicable government roles)
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash) are a plus
