As a Staff Software Engineer on the Clinical Fit team, you will work on connecting the right patients with the right providers, leading the domain modeling, architecture, and development of systems that enhance patient-provider matching.
Responsibilities
- Architecting and shipping code for key roadmap initiatives
- Building and fostering relationships with engineers on your team and partners in Product, Design, and Analytics to refine and execute the product vision
- Improving the reliability and accuracy of our core data and booking attribution systems
- Mentoring engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and 1:1 pairing
- Working with cutting edge GenAI tools and technology, with an eye towards future goals like AI-generated insights and custom-queried dashboards
