In this role, you will manage the delivery of institutional trading dashboards for a web3 platform, bridging project management and design to ensure a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and design of trading dashboards with a focus on UI/UX
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate on and off-chain data into intuitive interfaces
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet strategic objectives
- Ensure alignment with stakeholders by effectively communicating project progress and challenges
- Utilize both design and technical skills to enhance user engagement and functionality
Skills
- Proven experience in project management within digital asset management environments
- 3-5 years of related blockchain, exchange, or brokerage experience
- Strong UI/UX design skills with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Familiarity with dashboard design and decentralized finance (DeFi) products
- Proficient in managing data integration from various sources, including on and off-chain
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
