[Remote] Specialist, Content - Foundation

The Content Specialist role involves supporting the Content team, managing artist onboarding, and maintaining digital platforms while fostering a passion for music.

Responsibilities

• Support the Content team to further develop an understanding of ingestion and delivery, and project management and take a lead on developing client projects
• Manage and onboard artists and labels
• Provide general support to the rest of the Content team
• Proofread label copy and digital metadata as needed
• Represent the label along with Release Planning staff at weekly production meetings
• Maintain Foundation’s website & YouTube channel
• Support the editorial pitching process

Skills

• 2 – 3 years relevant experience; prior experience in graphic design/production/photography/content creation a must
• Extensive knowledge of social media tools (Tik Tok, Snapchat, FB, IG), streaming services (YouTube, Spotify, Pandora, SoundCloud, Apple Music, Amazon Music), Microsoft Office
• A tech lean with the ability to pick-up computer systems/programs quickly
