The Site Planner is responsible for leading the planning and coordination of installation and training projects for Natus Neurology systems, ensuring all technical and customer requirements are met for successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Plan neurodiagnostic installation projects, ensuring all required customer documentation is received, validated, and incorporated into project plans
- Identify, schedule, and manage installation and training timelines for assigned projects
- Coordinate project activities to ensure execution aligns with company standards and customer requirements
- Perform site walkthroughs to confirm readiness and compliance with installation requirements
- Negotiate and manage project schedule changes, communicating impacts to stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical, installation, and clinical teams to ensure readiness across all aspects of delivery
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and proactive support during implementation
- Retain ownership of issues through resolution during the planning and execution phases
- Assign internal resources and contractors based on project needs, required skillsets, and availability
- Support field service scheduling and dispatch to optimize utilization and meet planning targets
- Escalate risks when resource or timing constraints impact project delivery
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, including project notes, time entries, and required customer records
- Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers
- Use only approved documentation in line with company guidelines
- Participate in product and internal training to stay current with software and hardware developments

Skills
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in a related field, from an accredited college or university is required
- Project Management Professional certificate strongly recommended or proven experience in managing complex installation projects for at least 5 years
- Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills with high attention to details
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across customers, sales, service, and IT stakeholders
- Calm, methodical approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements

- Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server requirements, including installation dependencies, connectivity, authentication, backup considerations, and basic database support concepts
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, domain-joined device deployment, and Windows security policies
- Working knowledge of remote application delivery platforms such as Citrix and similar virtualization or remote access technologies
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewall considerations, port access, and connectivity for Windows-based devices
- Familiarity with storage backends, shared storage, and virtualized server environments used to support enterprise applications
- Must reside within US, near a major airport - Fully remote from Boston, MA, Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia PA, Baltimore MD, Cleveland OH
- Must have a valid passport
- Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements for onsite support, including all needed immunizations, verification of past immunizations, TB screening, drug testing, flu shots, etc as defined by the individual healthcare system

- Able to communicate clearly through reports, training sessions, and customer interactions
