Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI Agent Studio and Now Assist
- Experience configuring LLM-powered topics and conversational AI
- Ability to design enterprise AI workflows from concept through deployment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
