The Supply Chain Systems Consultant will work with clients to design, configure, and implement Manhattan Associates’ solutions, leveraging technical and analytical skills to solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design system solutions
- Configure Manhattan supply chain applications to meet client needs
- Work with APIs and API tools (e.g., Postman) to design, test, and troubleshoot integrations
- Use project management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to document requirements, test cases, and defects
- Author functional and technical documentation such as configuration notes, design specifications, and test scripts
- Execute test plans to ensure solutions are defect-free and meet business requirements
- Support system go-lives, including training end users and providing troubleshooting assistance
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and project teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong interest in consulting, supply chain systems, and enterprise technology
- Familiarity with APIs, Postman, or other integration/testing tools
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Exposure to enterprise systems, ERP, or supply chain applications (academic or professional)
- Basic SQL skills or experience with relational databases
- Experience with workflow diagrams, process mapping, or system integration concepts
- Prior internship, co-op, or project work involving technology solutions or consulting
