Purple Cow Recruiting, in partnership with Heartline Staffing, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead an AI-powered Document Intelligence Platform. The role involves owning the product vision and strategy while collaborating with various teams to enhance product usability and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of an enterprise Document Intelligence Platform
- Lead product initiatives focused on AI-powered document ingestion, OCR, intelligent classification, and automated data extraction
- Partner closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, Data, and Compliance teams throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Define user stories, prioritize product backlogs, and guide Agile sprint execution
- Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to improve automation, product usability, and platform scalability
- Collaborate on responsible AI implementation while supporting secure, compliant document processing solutions
- Drive continuous product innovation through rapid experimentation and measurable business outcomes
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of Product Management experience
- Experience leading AI-powered document ingestion, OCR, document classification, or intelligent document processing platforms
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM and AI technologies into production products
- Experience writing user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile product delivery
- Strong understanding of APIs, engineering workflows, and data pipelines
- Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tools
- Ability to clearly communicate measurable product outcomes and cross-functional leadership
- Candidates must reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zones
