They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join a growing digital product organization supporting mission-critical healthcare technology initiatives, where the role involves influencing product strategy and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy by establishing product roadmaps, measurable objectives, and priorities that align with business goals
- Partner with engineering, UX, research, compliance, and business stakeholders to transform user needs into scalable digital solutions while ensuring regulatory and quality requirements are met
- Lead product delivery by managing backlogs, prioritizing features and enhancements, refining user stories, facilitating planning activities, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies
- Leverage customer research, product analytics, and performance metrics to validate product decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure success against defined outcomes
- Foster collaboration across technical and business teams while communicating product direction, progress, and results to stakeholders at all organizational levels
Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager delivering digital products in a regulated industry such as healthcare, biotechnology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or similar FDA-regulated environments
- Strong understanding of Agile product management methodologies, including backlog management, user story development, sprint planning, and roadmap execution
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into customer-focused product solutions using data-driven decision making and measurable objectives
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across engineering, design, operations, compliance, and executive leadership teams
- Experience utilizing product analytics, customer research, usability feedback, and performance metrics to guide product strategy and continuous improvement
