Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and guidance to its finance and operations teams. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and planning processes
- Analyze and interpret financial data, financial statements, and key performance indicators
- Provide financial support for business decision-making by evaluating financial performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements and cost savings initiatives
- Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects as needed
- Develop and maintain financial reporting tools to provide visibility into business performance
- Ensure financial data integrity and accuracy by maintaining financial data systems and controls
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong operational accounting background in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated courtesy and patience in customer relations
- Must have excellent problem solving and decision making skills; with demonstrated experience of ability to problem solve, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- High degree of dependability and reliability are essential
- Clear and succinct communications skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiar with accounting principles under GAAP
- Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- SAP Experience
- Experience in construction or real estate industry preferred
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA
