[Remote] Senior Finance AI Agent Builder

This role involves designing and deploying AI applications to enhance financial processes for various organizations in the finance and banking sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications including AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, natural language interfaces, and intelligent workflow automation to solve complex business problems for finance and banking organizations
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial processes into scalable AI solutions

Skills

• AI / ML Engineering (Must Have)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience building production-grade AI/GenAI applications
• Strong hands-on expertise in: Python, SQL, LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.), Prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agent development, Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, FAISS, etc.), REST APIs and enterprise integrations
• Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
• Candidates should have built and supported real-world AI applications beyond proof-of-concepts or chatbot implementations
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications using APIs, databases, messaging systems, or middleware
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
• Experience delivering technology solutions for organizations in one or more of the following industries: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, Capital Markets, Payments
• Experience supporting business teams such as: Corporate Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Treasury, Risk & Compliance
• Working knowledge of common finance concepts including: Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis, ARR / MRR / NRR, Deferred Revenue, Revenue Recognition, Commission & Incentive Compensation, SaaS Metrics
• Experience with one or more of the following: Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, CaptivateIQ, Oracle ERP / EPM, SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake
