As a Senior Change Management Consultant, you will lead clients through user adoption and change management initiatives, ensuring that deliverables meet industry standards and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- You will lead change management initiatives for large and complex Customers, with a focus on Google Workspace and/or GCP transformations
- You will cultivate trust with, communicate progress to, and provide strategic guidance for C-Suite and executive Customer stakeholders, as well as internal stakeholders
- You will proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate high-impact risks and intricate challenges within transformation programs
- You will participate in the continuous evolution and expansion of our change management methodologies, tools, and service offerings, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry
Skills
- Google Cloud Digital Leader OR Google Generative AI Leader certified, or able to complete both within the first 6 months of employment
- A minimum of 3 years exposure to Google Workspace
- At least 5 years of change management experience
- At least 5 years internal and/or external consulting experience
