Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of progressive experience in catering operations management, with a significant portion in high-volume environments. Proven experience successfully managing remote teams and operations. Exceptional understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control within the food service industry. Proficiency with catering management software and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
