Stefanini Group is a global provider of outsourcing and IT digital consulting services, and they are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the STAR suite of applications. The role involves troubleshooting, customer service, and technical analysis to meet clients' business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Employ your analytical skills and customer service abilities to troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, devising solutions, and providing guidance to STAR's system-wide user base in a 24x7 help desk environment
- Support and enhance day-to-day STAR operational services through:
- Application of technical expertise in resolving reported incidents or issues
- Analyzing complex business problems and performing related in-depth research
- Working with cross-functional teams to address business or system issues
- Using technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop processes, and procedures that enhance the team's ability to support the customers in a pro-active and efficient manner
- Producing training and technical documentation for existing and enhanced STAR business processes and applications
- Actively participate in testing activities of the STAR suite of applications, monitor systems and perform system health checks on as needed basis
- Develop a good understanding of the STAR business and inter-dependent systems

- The Candidate need to be able to take on a shift on rotational basis during business hours between 4:00 am to 6:00 pm PT or after-hours from 6:00 pm to 4:00 am PT / weekly
