Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NAM Info Inc is seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Financial Services AI. This role involves designing and deploying AI applications to address complex challenges in finance and banking, collaborating with business stakeholders to create scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications—including AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, natural language interfaces, and intelligent workflow automation—to solve complex business problems for finance and banking organizations
- You'll partner with business stakeholders to translate financial processes into scalable AI solutions
Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience building production-grade AI/GenAI applications
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL
- Strong hands-on expertise in LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Strong hands-on expertise in prompt engineering
- Strong hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong hands-on expertise in AI Agent development
- Strong hands-on expertise in vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Chroma, FAISS, etc.)
- Strong hands-on expertise in REST APIs and enterprise integrations
- Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
- Candidates should have built and supported real-world AI applications beyond proof-of concepts or chatbot implementations
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications using APIs, databases, messaging systems, or middleware
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP is preferred
- Experience delivering technology solutions for organizations in one or more of the following industries is preferred: Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, Capital Markets, Payments
- Experience supporting business teams such as: Corporate Finance, FP&A, Revenue Operations, Accounting, Treasury, Risk & Compliance is considered a strong plus
- Working knowledge of common finance concepts is preferred, including: Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis, ARR / MRR / NR, Deferred Revenue, Revenue Recognition, Commission & Incentive Compensation, SaaS Metrics
- Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Captivate IQ, Oracle ERP / EPM, APNetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake
