[Remote] Security Support Engineer(CIAM)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, is seeking a Security Support Engineer to provide customer-facing technical support for CIAM and related technologies. The role involves troubleshooting authentication issues and providing support for migration to Passkey authentication.

Responsibilities

• Experience with technical Voice support with end customer with strong verbal communication
• Provide L1/L1.5 support for migration from Transmit BindiD to Passkey authentication
• Troubleshoot passkey enrollment| authentication| device registration| and user access issues using SOPs
• Investigate device binding| credential synchronization| and cross-device authentication problems
• Some knowledge of CIAM| MFA| Passkeys| FIDO2/WebAuthn| REST APIs| and Transmit Security is preferred
• Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules
