Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clarity Partners is a recognized employer in Chicago, and they are seeking a Salesforce Developer for a short-term client engagement. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions specifically for healthcare operations and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
- Develop, test, and deliver user stories within sprint cycles following Agile methodologies
- Participate in sprint planning, sprint demos, and sprint reviews to ensure alignment with business requirements
- Deploy functionality across lower environments (DEV, QA, UAT) and support testing and validation efforts
- Create in-sprint test cases and System Integration Testing (SIT) scripts based on acceptance criteria
- Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing; document results and support defect resolution and retesting
- Ensure code quality through proper documentation, testing, and adherence to development standards
- Support Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Recommend and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness and process improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Previous Salesforce experience
- Strong proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Salesforce configuration tools including workflows, process builder, flows, and custom objects
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to support a remote work environment with occasional travel as needed
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Administrator, or Service Cloud Consultant
