Triune Infomatics Inc is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst and Administrator to join their client's team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have active Salesforce certifications and solid hands-on admin experience, thriving in an Agile delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Configure and administer the Salesforce platform including user management, profiles, roles, workflows, flows, and validation rules
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data views to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprint ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Partner with developers and architects to design scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Support UAT, troubleshoot platform issues, and drive user adoption through training and documentation
- Manage system enhancements, releases, and ongoing platform optimization
Skills
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) credential is required
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (SFBA) certification is required
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and business analysis experience
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with active sprint participation
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting during PST business hours
