The Sales Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow business with various partners, while managing outreach campaigns and ensuring service quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow business with insurance carriers, adjusters, restoration contractors, and other referral partners
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Plan and run outreach campaigns
- Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives
- Prepare presentations and proposals
- Track sales performance
- Analyze market trends
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service quality aligns with customer expectations
- Represent CRDN at industry events, virtual meetings, and networking activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Skills
- Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, account management, and business development focused on B2B or professional services
- Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media outreach, and content creation
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage insurance and restoration industry stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market data, interpret performance metrics, and adjust sales and marketing plans based on insights
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong organization, time management, and follow-through
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing platforms; proficiency in standard office software
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Prior experience in insurance, restoration, or related service industries is preferred but not required
