Ryan is an award-winning global tax services firm seeking a motivated Business Development Coordinator to support their Employment Tax Consulting practice. The role involves generating new business opportunities through targeted outreach to prospective clients and scheduling meetings with senior Employment Tax Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Execute personalized outbound email campaigns to prospective clients
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach and manage follow-up communications
- Qualify prospective opportunities and schedule introductory Teams or Zoom meetings with companies that have recently completed acquisitions creating employment tax opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activities
- Coordinate calendars for senior consultants
- Assist with proposal follow-up and marketing initiatives
- Work closely with consultants to develop targeted prospect lists
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable communicating with senior executives
- Experience with Outlook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Prior experience in business development, appointment setting, inside sales, recruiting, or professional services
