The role involves building relationships with senior executives and managing the full sales cycle to develop long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own and achieve individual sales and revenue goals
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective clients' business needs and objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and key decision-makers
- Clearly communicate the value of the organization's products, services, and membership offerings
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM and sales engagement tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support business growth and member success
- Attend industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities as needed
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Proven success managing a consultative sales process and closing new business
- Experience engaging with senior leaders, directors, or C-suite executives
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred
- Interest or experience in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B industries is a plus
