Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Novolex is a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging. They are seeking a Returns Analyst to manage customer returns and ensure compliance with company policies while driving efficiencies in the returns process.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer contracts and highlight if contract not in accordance with the one face policy
- Work with internal and external customers to resolve Returns, Overages, Shortages and Damages within departmental guidelines and Pactiv policy
- Identify unauthorized returns and mismatched returns, taking preventative measures to reduce and eliminate future types of returns
- Support Warehouses to identify customer non-compliance and take preventative measures to ensure compliance
- Report out exceptions and drive compliance
- Identify opportunity to drive efficiencies
- Coordinate with customer and warehouse of return of Pactiv product
- Manage back log deduction process for Returns and Shipping Incidents
- Process deductions in accordance with Pactiv policy on a timely basis
- Verifies data accuracy ensuring that transactions are properly supported and in accordance with internal policies and SOX initiatives
- Research, plan and assist in the implementation of changes
- Assist in special projects as assigned
Skills
- AS degree with an emphasis in finance or accounting or High School diploma with at least 2 years finance or customer service experience
- Excellent knowledge of systems (SAP, Excel, Word), display strong team skills, excellent follow-up, telephone and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and prioritize to meet deadlines
