Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and deliver qualitative research projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and objectives are met
- Support project financial management through accurate budgeting, resource planning, and monitoring project performance
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, provide clear insights and recommendations, and support the development of junior team members
Skills
- Managing qualitative research projects end-to-end, conducting fieldwork in-person and online, delivering clear, actionable insights
- Presenting findings and recommendations to clients using Excel, PowerPoint, and quantitative analysis tools effectively
- Previous experience in co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards while supporting junior team members
