Responsibilities
- Manage multi-state compliance, own full-cycle payroll in Rippling, and maintain audit-ready records
- Drive full-cycle recruiting from JD creation to onboarding top-tier talent
- Administer benefits, design engagement programs, and support professional development
- Serve as the primary HR resource for managers, providing coaching on performance and policy
Skills
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as a generalist owning multiple functions
- Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona state employment laws
- Availability for full-time work within Pacific Time Zone business hours
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills and discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Rippling HRIS
- High growth, or start-up experience
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
- HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus
