The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and overseeing the onboarding process of the company's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s onboarding process with clients
- Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation
- Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues and provide the appropriate resolution
- Leverage CRM & Business Intelligence management tools to analyze data and automate processes
- Deliver on client satisfaction goals and targets
- Develop trust relationships with clients
Skills
- Excellent Time-Management Skills in an Autonomous Environment
- Dynamic Social Skillset
- Proven Track Record of Account Management in SaaS/Software
- Ability to Administrate Remote Training Using Web Conferencing Applications
- Experience Using Collaborative Environments (Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Etc)
- Highly-Organized, Self-Starting, Team Player
- DMV or Automotive Industry Experience
- Ability to Navigate and Utilize SalesForce.com
