Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Travel Nurse Across America is a company focused on staffing healthcare professionals. The Recruiter is responsible for networking and recruiting to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums
- Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants
- Aggressively pursue both active and passive candidates, search on job boards
- Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates
- Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks
- Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws
- Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards
- All other tasks and duties as assigned

- Previous customer service experience
- Previous sales experience
- Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment setting or position
