Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases
- Document defects clearly
- Write automation scripts
- Apply API testing tools
- Integrate tests in CI/CD
- Understand system under test
- Execute assigned test plans
- Write own test plans
- Manage test coverage
- Manage QA environment integrity
- Follow test standards
- Ensure HIPAA test coverage
- Participate in ceremonies
- Partner with dev engineers
- Collaborate with product team
- Report defect status
- Communicate test results

Skills
- 2–4 years of professional QA engineering experience
- Hands-on experience executing test cases and documenting defects clearly
- Experience with test automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration
- Understanding of QA methodologies and quality metrics
- Clear written and verbal communication, with a willingness to learn and act on feedback
- Experience testing in a HIPAA/HITRUST-regulated healthcare environment
- Performance and security testing experience
- Experience building test frameworks from the ground up
