ClinLab Solutions Group is a growing clinical technology company redefining how clinical outcome data is captured in CNS and neuropsychiatry trials. They are seeking a Program Manager/Associate Director to oversee project management, mentor a team, and collaborate with senior leadership to enhance processes as the company scales.
Responsibilities
- Carry direct ownership of an assigned set of studies, staying closely involved in the day-to-day so escalations get resolved quickly
- Apply deep eCOA domain experience to anticipate risk and prevent issues before they surface across the broader PM portfolio
- Oversee active study portfolios at a program level, monitoring timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple concurrent studies
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance to Project Managers, building team capability and project management maturity over time
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and refine department processes, templates, and best practices as the team scales
- Maintain close familiarity with the company's proprietary eCOA platform and the technical realities the PM team navigates daily
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training as the team grows, helping establish a consistent standard for strong project management
- Represent the Project Management function in cross-departmental planning and decision-making
- Identify systemic risks or recurring issues across the portfolio and lead the development of practical, lasting solutions
Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience managing eCOA and/or digital data capture studies — this is a hard requirement
- Current or prior experience in a leadership role managing a team of Project Managers or Project Coordinators, with a genuine track record of developing talent
- Strong working knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements governing clinical trial conduct
- Demonstrated ability to operate with significant autonomy in a lean, fast-moving organization, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across executive leadership, department leadership, and individual contributors
- A collegial, collaborative, non-confrontational working style with a natural can-do attitude
- A genuine coaching mindset and enthusiasm for developing the capability of a growing team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
