Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hudson Talent Solutions is working with a global medical technology company that specializes in innovative respiratory care solutions. They are seeking a Product Manager to own a portfolio of respiratory care products, develop product strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the product strategy and long-term roadmap for respiratory care products
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities through product launch and end-of-life planning
- Work directly with respiratory therapists, clinicians, hospital customers, and OEM partners to understand clinical workflows and customer needs
- Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback and translate it into product requirements for engineering
- Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Clinical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing
- Evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to identify new product opportunities
- Build business cases and prioritize new product development projects
- Support product launches by developing positioning, messaging, training, and commercialization plans
- Manage pricing, product profitability, margins, and portfolio decisions
- Present product updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner with global teams to ensure products continue meeting customer and regulatory requirements
- Travel to hospitals, customer sites, industry conferences, and company locations to support product development and customer engagement
Skills
- Respiratory care experience is a must
- Experience in areas such as oxygen delivery systems, oxygen analyzers, ventilators, gas blending, gas analysis, NICU or ICU respiratory products, critical care devices, respiratory monitoring technologies, and medical devices used in hospital respiratory care
- 6–10 years of overall experience
- 3+ years in Product Management or a similar product-focused role
- Medical device industry experience
- Strong understanding of regulated healthcare environments
- Experience managing product lifecycles from concept through commercialization
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
