The role involves managing a book of middle-market personal lines accounts, providing daily servicing, and ensuring compliance and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Daily servicing of assigned personal lines accounts
- Maintain accurate data in agency management system
- Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance
- Communicate with clients and underwriters to address inquiries and gather information
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment
Skills
- Active and valid Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance account management
- Proficiency Applied EPIC
- Familiarity with Chubb, Pure, and Vault are a plus
