Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BerryDunn is seeking an Organizational Development Senior Consultant to join their Medicaid Practice Group. In this role, you will provide organizational development services and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, focusing on change management, strategic planning, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Provide organizational development services to clients as they transform their organization to align with their business strategy and undergo transformation
- As a trusted advisor, you will provide leadership and guidance for clients and internal project teams in the following areas:
- Facilitation of group discussions that build consensus and a shared vision that includes a plan with supporting documentation
- Create, perform, and complete organizational analyses using effectiveness analytics and diagnostic tools
- Design and deliver leadership development programs and learning application initiatives
- Facilitate change management strategies that engage stakeholders
- Design, deliver, and coach Talent Development strategies and materials for workforce skills, teams, leaders, and executives

- Career pathing and career mobility
- Assess workplace culture and work with the client to create, implement, monitor, and measure action plans
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Business Administration, Psychology, Health and Human Services, etc.)
- At least 5 years' experience preparing, facilitating, and implementing a development approach to prepare an organization for process changes and system implementations
- A high level of comfort navigating ambiguity and uncertainty, organized thinking and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in both strategic design and tactical implementation
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning practices, succession planning, high potential and leadership development, organization design, employee engagement, and organizational culture development
- Experience strategically assessing an organization through multi-pronged analysis, solution design and execution
- Strong knowledge and experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM), operational readiness training, and communications
- Master's Degree, preferably in Organization Development, Business/Public Administration, or Human Resources Management
