The Material Program Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and expediting supplier delivery dates, executing proposal efforts, and training to become a Material Program Manager while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Obtain released Technical Data package (TDP)
- Report overall Supply Chain Management (SCM) status reporting and overall execution of program SCM strategy
- Perform Material Requirements Planning (MRP)/critical path analysis for discrepant material as related to end item deliveries
- Assist with Supply Chain proposal activities
- Maintain Material Acquisition lead-time in PRISM
- Support timely purchase order (PO) placement
- Assist review Request for Quote (RFQ) / Request for Proposal (RFP) to Suppliers
- Disposition property, all closeout excess factory material, and all closeout inventory material
- Support SCM Metrics
- Assist in line of business (LOB)
- Manage return to vendor (RTV) management
- Support Diminishing Manufacturing Source (DMS)/ Obsolescence/ Life time buy (LTB)
- Provide support for performance of purchase orders/subcontracts utilizing Raytheon enterprise
- Travels up to 10%
Skills
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years direct related work experience in Supply Chain or related work experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience with SAP/PRISM and the Supply Chain suite of tools
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering-General or Industrial, Operations, Finance or other related field
- Previous Procurement/Subcontracts experience
- Microsoft Project knowledge
- Be a proven problem solver
- An individual who can exert influence and have an effect on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the program and the program Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Fluency in Raytheon systems, processes, and procedure
