The role involves migrating brand tracking surveys to continuous tracking, collaborating with vendors and technical teams, analyzing results, and drafting reports to inform leadership on brand performance.
Responsibilities
- Migrate custom brand tracking surveys to a continuous daily tracking model
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal engineering teams to design and implement data onboarding work plans
- Perform basic statistical analysis, including statistical testing and diff-in-diff analysis, to identify key trends and differences in results
- Draft research reports that translate survey data into clear insights
- Support ad hoc requests related to brand performance and marketing measurement
- Manage ongoing survey tracking processes and ensure data is reliable, usable, and trendable
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in brand tracker management across multiple countries
- Vendor management experience
- Experience authoring research reports
- Product management experience
- Basic understanding of statistics, including correlations and statistical testing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience conducting research across multiple countries
- Advanced understanding of statistics, including regression or modeling
- Experience with Quicksuite or similar reporting platforms
