- 7+ years in Data Modeling, Data Architecture
- 2+ years Managing a team of Engineers
- Experience working with application development teams to build physical and relational models for OLTP systems
- Experience building Abstract data models
- Very good understanding of Transactional data systems and analytical data systems, including OLAP cubes, star schema, snowflake schema, etc
- Strong background in data integration, ETL, Large datasets
- Ability to developer strategic plans for data management that align with business goals
