Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Toyota Insurance is an independent agency specializing in property and casualty insurance for Toyota vehicle owners. As a Sales Agent, you will deliver personalized insurance solutions to Toyota customers while driving sales success.
Responsibilities
- Connect with Toyota customers via inbound and outbound calls to discuss their insurance needs
- Review, customize, and present quotes across products including Auto, Home, Umbrella, and RV/Boat
- Clearly articulate coverage options and highlight the value of our insurance solutions
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend the best protection strategies
- Build trust through expert guidance and position yourself as a go-to advisor
- Consistently meet or exceed sales and close-rate performance goals
Skills
- Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License required
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently and is driven to be amongst the top of the sales agent group; must be motivated, driven to sell & possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have great active listening skills and a customer-focused sales approach
- Strong ability to persuade and influence others, overcome objections, close sales
- Minimum 2 years P&C/PL insurance sales experience required
- Experience with Agency Management Software and Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, and Excel required

- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
