- Strong experience in writing, editing, designing, and publishing digital learning content
- Demonstrated expertise in designing blended learning solutions from concept through implementation
- Experience using prototyping techniques to visualize and validate learning content within user journeys
- Extensive experience in learning design and organisational learning within large, complex organisations
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design high-quality, learner-centred solutions
- Demonstrated experience leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of blended learning products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance requirements
