This senior role is critical for overseeing a portfolio of complex, cross-functional initiatives that will shape the future of financial services. You will be responsible for defining program strategies, managing high-performing teams, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the strategic roadmap for the fintech innovation program portfolio. Lead and mentor multiple project managers and teams, ensuring alignment and effective execution across distributed teams. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact technology programs, from conception to launch and post-launch analysis. Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, product teams, engineering, and other key stakeholders globally. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and strategic challenges. Drive best practices in program management, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement within a remote-first environment. Champion a collaborative and innovative team culture, leveraging virtual tools and communication strategies. Ensure program outcomes align with business objectives and contribute to market leadership. Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a significant focus on technology development and innovation. Demonstrated success managing large, complex, cross-functional programs, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry. Expertise in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies, with a strong preference for Agile. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience managing distributed and remote teams effectively. PMP, PgMP, or relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant) are highly desirable. Proficiency with advanced project and program management software and collaboration tools. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
