Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NLB Services is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to assist in documenting requirements and collaborating with various teams to enhance user experience. The role involves working closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Document requirements in Confluence
- Set business rules in Insite and document master data & User roles
- Work with Development team, Designer to build new features or replace existing solution & UX designs
- Work with QA team to build applicable Test cases and test the solution end to end in QA system
- Assist business in UAT and get the required sign-off to move to Production
- Train Business users to get hands on the new solutions built
- Work with development team to deploy the solutions signed off to Production
- Present innovative ideas to improve overall user experience
- Participate in Daily Scrum call, Workshops, QA sessions, Prioritization, Retrospective & Deployment meetings in each sprint
- Work with Product owners, Business team, Scrum master on the required approvals on documentation
- Update Jira Backlog, Stories, Defects & Tasks daily
Skills
- 1-2 Year Business analyst experience
- Good communication skill
- 1-2 years Project management experience
