They are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support active deal flow across multiple verticals, focusing on investor outreach and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Introduce and present capital raising opportunities to your existing investor network
- Conduct investor outreach and manage relationships through the deal lifecycle
- Collaborate with Nassau Street Partners principals on deal structuring and investor fit
- Maintain compliance with FINRA regulations and applicable securities laws
Skills
- Active FINRA registration required (Series 7, 79, or 82)
- Must be currently affiliated with or willing to affiliate with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer
- Proven track record in capital markets, private placements, or investment banking
- Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset
- Existing network of accredited investors, family offices, or institutional relationships strongly preferred
