They are seeking an Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to oversee social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the organic social media content calendar, ensuring alignment with product launches, promotional timing, and brand initiatives
- Produce weekly content across formats, including sourcing user-generated content (UGC), personal content filming, photography, and post-production editing
- Design and produce graphics for organic social channels and paid media placements, including Meta advertising assets
- Manage daily publishing and community presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms
- Partner with the advertising agency to develop, refine, and approve ad creative and supporting graphics
- Plan and coordinate quarterly photoshoots (Q1–Q4), overseeing scheduling, shot lists, and production logistics
- Leads campaign strategy, calendar management, and creative execution for the email channel
- Develop, write, design, and edit email marketing campaigns from concept through deployment
- Create and maintain the email marketing calendar, including monthly reporting and sales promotions
- Plan and manage creative briefs to guide campaign content, ensuring consistency with brand voice and visual identity
- Administer the Klaviyo platform end-to-end, including profile list management, creation and editing of new and existing automated flows, and ongoing list hygiene
- Build and maintain audience lists and segments to support targeted campaign and flow performance
- Track and analyze key performance metrics — including click-through rate and open rate — to inform optimization and reporting
- Oversee the influencer marketing program in its entirety, including strategy, creator identification, and relationship management
- Manage influencer contracts, campaign execution, deliverable tracking, and performance reporting
- Manage brand-to-brand marketing campaigns and cross-promotional collaborations
- Coordinate co-branded giveaways, including partner communications, logistics, and fulfillment
- Lead brand outreach initiatives, identifying and cultivating new partnership opportunities with aligned brands
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales to develop supporting graphics and sales enablement materials
- Partner with the Operations Manager on graphics and creative assets as needed to support operational initiatives
- Prepare for weekly meetings, including monthly social reporting, email performance reporting, and creative briefs
Skills
- Has a passion for shooting content — creating reels and videos, being on camera, and recording voiceovers
- Has a proven track record of growing and managing a brand's social media presence across all organic channels, with experience experimenting on new and emerging platforms
- Experience finding and negotiating with influencers and content creators
- Experience partnering with like-minded brands on collaborations
- An eye for design and attention to detail, along with strong copywriting skills
- Highly organized, with a love for keeping campaigns, calendars, and cross-functional projects running smoothly and on schedule
- Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Skilled in Canva, Lightroom, and Photoshop for photo editing, and CapCut for video
- Experienced with Klaviyo for email marketing
- 3+ years in a social media or integrated marketing role at a beauty, wellness, travel, or apparel company
- Familiarity with Impact and Shopify is a plus
