Responsibilities
• Provide accurate information and respond to client inquiries in a professional manner
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and communication platforms
• Assist with insurance applications, policy updates, and account-related requests
• Maintain accurate client records within company systems
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely completion of pending tasks
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
