They are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep responsible for prospecting, making outbound calls, and qualifying clients while introducing new products and solutions to existing clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals and quotas
- Prospect through outbound communication and qualify clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Conduct needs analysis with current clients ensuring maximization of products/solutions
- Provide quotes and prepare orders
- Identify business opportunities within current client base; upsell and/or cross sell
- Present product demos to existing clients; educating clients on integration of marketing and the internet
- Close sales; overcoming any objections
- Maintain database; documenting all communications
- Keep well-informed of available products/solutions, market/industry trends
- Articulate the value proposition of solutions and products
- Attend and participate in tradeshows
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Min. 2+ years' experience selling digital solutions to small to medium sized businesses
- Inside Sales experience within a call center
- Experience prospecting and closing sales
- Digital Marketing Sales experience required
- Documented success in client relationship building
- Ability to navigate, develop and manage relationships amongst key decision makers
- Strong Negotiation and Customer service skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficiency in CRM & ERP; MS Dynamics, NetSuite and/or Salesforce
