Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads to drive sales
- Conduct virtual move assessments and provide accurate estimates
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure service excellence
- Maintain CRM and documentation for all client interactions
- Follow up with clients to close sales and confirm bookings
- Identify upsell opportunities and build long-term client relationships
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years in inside sales or customer-facing sales roles
- Lead management and sales execution
- Customer service and communication
- Virtual consultation and estimating
- CRM proficiency and reporting
- Problem-solving and adaptability
