Advantage Technical is a global technology organization seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support enterprise recruiting technology initiatives. This role will focus on supporting Applicant Tracking System integrations and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize recruiting technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support enterprise implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and ATS integrations
- Serve as a technical advisor throughout implementation, testing, and go-live activities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions
- Troubleshoot ATS integration issues and identify root causes
- Configure and validate recruiting workflows and system functionality
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release validation, and production deployments
- Ensure accurate data flow between recruiting systems and third-party vendors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Manage multiple implementation and support initiatives simultaneously
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
Skills
- 5+ years of HRIS or HR Technology experience
- Hands-on experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM)
- Experience supporting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) in an enterprise environment
- Experience with ATS implementations, system integrations, or technical deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT stakeholders
- Experience supporting UAT, testing, releases, and go-live activities
- Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills
- Experience with additional ATS platforms such as Taleo, Workday Recruiting, iCIMS, Eightfold, Avature, or Greenhouse
- Experience supporting integrations with background check providers, job boards, or other third-party recruiting platforms
- Knowledge of HRIS security, data governance, and recruiting workflows
- Experience working in large enterprise or global environments
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow
