Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support key business units by partnering with leadership and employees on all aspects of human resources. This role involves delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development, while working closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Centers of Excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute HR programs and processes across assigned business units, including performance management, compensation, employee engagement, and professional development
- Partner with HR teams, leadership, and the CHRO to deliver consistent HR support and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Identify and address potential decisions or actions that may conflict with organizational culture, values, or standards
- Partner with business leaders to maintain organizational and talent data and support workforce planning initiatives
- Monitor staffing needs and provide recommendations on talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying critical roles, high-potential employees, and leadership development opportunities
- Assist leaders in aligning workforce productivity and labor costs with business objectives and budgets
- Drive initiatives focused on retaining top talent and strengthening organizational capability
- Serve as a trusted resource for employee inquiries, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters
- Conduct workplace investigations and collaborate with HR leadership, Compliance, and Legal teams as necessary
- Support fair and consistent application of performance management practices and company standards
- Manage employee relations cases while mitigating organizational risk and escalating complex issues when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support implementation of employee engagement, culture, and development initiatives
- Identify opportunities to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace culture
- Partner with leadership to create positive employee experiences and foster a high-performing workforce
- Coordinate HR program administration, reporting, communications, and data tracking activities
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to support decision-making
- Recommend improvements to HR processes, operations, and employee experience initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Labor Relations, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressive professional Human Resources experience
- Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including: Employee Relations, Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Performance Management
- At least two (2) years of experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, including: FMLA, ADA, Wage & Hour regulations, Harassment-Free Workplace standards, Substance Abuse policies, Attendance and Absenteeism policies
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations concerns
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and HRIS systems
- Experience utilizing HR data, reporting, and analytics tools
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent HR certification
- Experience in telecommunications or a similarly regulated industry
- Additional industry-related certifications
