Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wynd Labs is a growth-stage startup focused on making public web data accessible for AI through their project Grass. They are seeking a Growth Associate to identify, develop, and execute strategies for user acquisition, scaling the network through creative initiatives and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities across user acquisition, retention, and engagement channels
- Developing, executing, and iterating on growth experiments to optimize performance and scale Grass
- Helping design and launching ambassador programs to expand reach and engage new audiences through grassroots initiatives
- Building relationships with influencers, creators, and niche communities to amplify brand visibility and drive adoption
- Coordinating influencer campaigns, including outreach, content planning, and performance analysis
- Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure success and inform decisions
- Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices to inform growth strategies
Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or creative role
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Uses first principles and systems thinking to understand and solve problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience building and managing ambassador or influencer programs
