Skills
- Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development
- Experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, or C/C++)
- Experience with AI-based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advanced Prompt Engineering, and GraphRAG
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases (or be willing to learn)
- Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies
- Strong analytical abilities. You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems
- Intellectual curiosity, discipline, and attention for structure and details
- Interest in life sciences / healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
