Melavex is partnering with a well-funded, high-growth Agentic AI company that is building the next generation of autonomous AI systems for the enterprise. They are seeking a Founding Product Manager to help define the product vision, establish the product function, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founders to define the company's product vision and long-term strategy
- Speak regularly with enterprise customers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI automation
- Own the product roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on customer impact and business objectives
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to build and launch new AI-powered capabilities
- Translate complex AI technologies into intuitive, valuable enterprise products
- Establish product processes, frameworks, and best practices as the company scales
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and iteration
- Use customer feedback, product analytics, and market insights to drive product decisions
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption
- Serve as the voice of the customer while balancing technical feasibility, commercial priorities, and long-term product vision
Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or high-growth technology companies
- Experience building products from the ground up or joining companies at an early stage
- Strong customer discovery and product discovery skills
- Ability to define product strategy and convert customer problems into clear product requirements
- Experience working closely with software engineering teams in agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer value, technical complexity, and business goals
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment with significant ownership and autonomy
- Previous experience as a Founding Product Manager or early Product Manager at a venture-backed startup
- Experience with AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, or developer platforms
- Familiarity with technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or similar AI frameworks
- Experience launching entirely new products or product lines
- Technical background or experience working closely alongside highly technical engineering teams
- Passion for building category-defining AI products
