- Collaborating with executive leadership and department heads to evaluate financial performance

- Recommending improvements in resource allocation and cost management
- Leading the finance function

Skills
- Strong finance and financial planning skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial data, identify trends, and provide clear recommendations
- Experience in corporate finance, preferably in technology services, professional services, or related industries
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams or functions, with a focus on building effective processes and controls
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and financial risk management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
