- Reviewing and interpreting financial statements
- Tracking key performance indicators
- Assisting in preparing budgets and forecasts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights
- Ensuring accurate accounting entries
- Maintaining compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
- Analyzing variances
- Preparing management reports

- Communicating financial findings in a clear, actionable manner
Skills
- Strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger processes
- Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions
- Effective Communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience with financial software, spreadsheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA)
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance
